"Q.U.B.E. Director's Cut" is a first-person puzzle game in a fictional cubic world where the main character got into.

Plot

The plot of this game is very simple, you need to get out of the mysterious world (building), consisting of blocks of cubic shape. The elements that form the basis of the structure are not static, they periodically change their location, thereby opening new passages and blocking access to the old ones.

The only tool that helps the main character to influence the environment is gloves. With their help, remote signals are sent to the walls of the building, parts of which have properties:

1. Rotate around the axis.
2. Push and hide barriers.
3. Throw massive balls out of the openings.

By manipulating the moving parts of the corridors, it is possible to achieve the elimination of obstacles (bottomless shafts are filled with cubes, passages open, etc.). And all this must be done in order to eliminate the threat looming on Earth in the form of this mysterious object, inside which an astronaut, who is considered dead, turned out to be.

Features

"Director's Cut" is a continuation (we can say the second part) of the game "Q.U.B.E.". In comparison with which the new release received:

1. More attractive screensavers and menus.
2. Ten locations that must be overcome in a limited time.
3. An intimidating atmosphere, fueled by sound accompaniment and incomprehensible movements of blocks.

But much remains of the first part of "Q.U.B.E.", especially the completely copied first levels of the game. Naturally, the tasks with each location are getting more complicated all the time.
