Battle of Empires: 1914-1918 is a computer video game in the genre of real–time strategy. A little-known studio Great War Team worked on the creation of the game.

Plot

The action unfolds during one of the most terrifying periods in history. The First World War took millions of lives. You will plunge into the very center of bloody battles, take part in trench skirmishes, survive shelling and even see the first tanks.

At the moment, the developers have already created as many as six unique campaigns, each of which gives the opportunity to play for one of the participating countries.

Gameplay

Battle of Empires is a very realistic combat simulator – that's why the players loved the game. The gameplay of this historical drama is distinguished by the following features:

• realistic – all damage to armored vehicles is calculated by the caliber of the gun, the angle of impact of projectiles, units have a certain supply of supplies, etc.;
• tactical interaction – you cannot hire an unlimited number of units, and therefore it is necessary to competently dispose of those who are there, carefully planning each action;
• completely destructible game world, which also affects the tactical component;
• the ability to complete missions with friends;
• authenticity – actions take place in real-life locations, equipment and weapons correspond to the era.

Since the game gives you the opportunity to go through the plot for each of the six factions, they all differ in combat tactics, units and equipment, which significantly changes the style of play on each of them.

Graphics

The visual part in Battle of Empires: 1914-1918 cannot be called the best in the world of RTS, but it definitely deserves respect. The developers have drawn spacious locations where each object can be destroyed during the fighting. The scale of the battles is also amazing – hundreds of un
