The Butterfly Sign [v 1.1.2] (2016) PC

"The Butterfly Sign" is a 2016 detective quest about the investigation of a terrorist act or an attack on a clinic engaged in human memory research. The game itself has three parts or chapters, each of which is a logical continuation of the first. To understand the full meaning of what is happening, who started the atrocity, what happened, what ended, you need to go through everything. Or, at least, the first and last, because the second is almost 80% of the previous one.

Plot

Jack Henderson, the main character, wakes up chained to a strange structure. Dr. Romanov gets in touch with him through the big screen. With the help of the drug "Ramex" studied in this clinic, Henderson tries to restore his memories, which return to the subject in the form of crumpled events of the past and present. Jack is also helped to remember everything by the investigation he conducts at the clinic, collecting various evidence, notes, diaries, cards and other items.

Features of the game

Filling in the gaps of amnesia is not so easy, so Henderson will have to go around all corners of the clinic and the surrounding area. To brighten up the plot of a quiet investigation and add intrigue, the game assumes:

1. The non-linearity of the plot, but in the first episode it is somehow difficult to find discrepancies between several attempts in the passage.
2. Searching all drawers, tables, lockers. But the vast majority of these furniture elements are empty in terms of the availability of selected items.
3. The presence of puzzles containing clues. But in the first and second parts there is only one and the same logic puzzle.
4. Concentration mode that allows the hero to look through walls.
5. Varieties of conclusions. But all the proposed lists of all conclusions can be checked by the poke method.
6. Difficulty levels that affect the number of attempts and the speed of recovery of the "concentration" ability.

The game is very fascinating with its mystery. But the second part is almost a repeat of the first with some minor changes
