Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War

In 2005, the first representative of the famous strategy game series, called Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, was released. It was starting with this game that a considerable part of the gaming community got hooked on this universe, and their passion spread even beyond the limits of the gaming industry.

In the story mode, as well as in individual battles, battles between various alien factions are shown, which differ significantly from each other. Many game moments of this strategy are similar to colleagues in the genre, but there are also some original ideas. The spectacular fields of the Warhammer battles are amazing, because only here you can meet green orcs, high-tech equipment, demons, orbital bombardment and fantastic animals in one place.

Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War - Winter Assault

Winter Assault seems more like a plot addition than a separate game. More and more parties are taking part in the development of the history of the intergalactic conflict, which the player will be able to lead independently. The gameplay and game tasks have not changed much. The new addon also does not introduce a large number of new units, but only tightens the shortcomings of the previous game.

In 2006, the strategy Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Dark Crusade was released. The new game has brought two new races to the world of Warhammer at once, which are strikingly different from all the previous ones. The plot develops around territorial wars on a single planet, where each of the parties to the conflict, represented by a separate race, is trying to establish its own power. Who is destined to dominate this world will be decided only by the player who will lead his armies through all the levels of this updated and improved real-time strategy.

Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War - Soulstorm

According to the plot, a space storm makes interstellar travel impossible, and therefore battles take place on the surface of four planets, which are united by ancient portals. New arenas of fierce battles and bloody battles will be led by the player in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Soulstorm.

With this game, released in 2008, the series of games has become even more diverse and interesting. Among the innovations can be distinguished:

• two new races with unique mechanics;
• new map, campaign and plot;
• new units and features.

Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising

An amazing event for fans of the Warhammer series was the release of a new game in 2010 called Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Chaos Rising. And it is not for nothing that the deuce began to appear in the name of the game, which marked the transition of the well-known fantastic universe to a completely new level of RTS. The game mechanics have undergone significant changes, and the battles themselves have become much faster and more dynamic.
