Adam's Venture: Origins - Special Edition (2016) PC | RePack by R.G. Mechanics
Adam's Venture: Origins is a five–part season of vigorous indie adventure, made by a young studio that clearly loves not only the adventure genre itself, but also video games in general. This can be seen by the number of references – AdVenture (the genre of the game is hidden in the very name of the project) turned out to be woven from pieces of famous games and movies, and this is both the main plus and the main minus of the project.
The plot was not going to be original – our hero-archaeologist lived for himself, but suddenly it dawned on him that the gates to the true Eden are right in the middle of the desert. And now he already takes two partners with him and rushes to the secret gate. After that, of course, adventures begin – Lucifer himself rushes after us, and the path to Eden is showered with a million secrets, acrobatic sketches and riddles. All this will have to be overcome by the player on the way of passing.
Reshooting the classics

Heroes do not kill anyone, preferring to escape with the help of ingenuity and physical training. Therefore, the game pace is slower here, rather even a quest – we slowly reflect on each task, examine the levels, jump, crawl, sneak through the gorges. Developers use a similar quest-arcade formula throughout all five parts. The gameplay is divided into three parts:
- We jumped a little.
- We wandered around a bit.
- We solved a little puzzles.
That's why it's not boring here. Tie it all together with a great plot – and here's a great adventure for you, but this is where Adam's Venture: Origins problems begin. The motivations of the heroes are unclear, the villains and heroes are obvious from the first minutes, and there are so many plot holes by the last episode that you already understand in advance – they will not explain them all. Yes, the developers did not plan – we have a completely mundane product for Uncharted fans – the same naive and easy. But for lovers of high matters, it would be worth p
