NFS Heat

NFS Heat is a racing arcade game from the Need for Speed series, favourite of millions of people, which, despite mixed reviews from critics, became very popular among players and started the revival of the line.

Review

NFS Heat, like most video games of the franchise, has a full-fledged storyline with cut-scenes and very unexpected turns. In this part the story became much more serious and darker, because it tells about a large-scale confrontation between street racers and police, where the latter once and for all plans to put an end to street racing. In this case, the police are not shy of any methods and for the sake of achieving the goal go to gross violation of the law. The gamer, as before, will have to fulfil the role of an ordinary racer, who got into a series of really large-scale events and his participation will play a key role in the future of street racing. 

Gameplay

NFS Heat visually looks just delightful. Thanks to the new engine the races become spectacular and intense, and the detailing of the cars is a real furore, in a good way. The gameplay of the racing arcade is characterised by the following features:

1. Events take place in a completely open city called Palm City, which resembles sunny Miami.
2. Races are divided into day (legal) - in them you can earn money, and at night (illegal) - in them you earn reputation.
3. In total there are about 130 unique licensed cars.
4. As before, the gamer has the opportunity to improve each car thanks to the tuning system - installation of new parts and entire mechanisms.
5. There is a customisation system, which will allow you to adjust the appearance of the car at will.
6. Naturally, there are multiplayer modes of races, where you can race with real users.
