Pandemic Train

Pandemic Train is an atmospheric survival simulator where the gamer has to take care of the survivors on a train that moves across the country in search of resources and a place to build a new world.

Review

In a not-too-distant alternate future, human civilisation was attacked by a new virus that killed in just 24 hours. Scientists and doctors had no time to develop a cure and almost all humans died out. The survivors, among them the protagonist, took refuge on a well-protected train. It moves through the country, making brief stops so that people can gather supplies. The protagonist is the leader of the group of survivors on the train and is obliged to take care of their survival. He also has a chance to create a cure for the virus and save humanity, which will be the main task. 

Gameplay

Pandemic Train is a complex and multifaceted simulator without any dynamic episodes. It is measured and forces the gamer to think often before taking any action. Its gameplay is characterised by the following:

1. A complex survival simulation where many factors have to be considered.
2. You will need to protect the group from bandits and marauders, as well as from the strife within the collective on a daily basis.
3. You need to stock up on resources and properly distribute them among the passengers of the train.
4. It is extremely important to always monitor the technical condition of the locomotive and prevent it from breaking down, and if it does break down, to repair it as quickly as possible, because an immobilised train is extremely vulnerable.
5. You will often have to make very difficult decisions, such as deciding the fate of those infected with a dangerous virus.
