In an alternate reality, the entire planet was shaken by natural disasters. Natural disasters on a global scale took the lives of most of the Earth's population, but people still survived and moreover, are not going to survive in the ruins - they set a goal to revive civilization and make it more advanced. 

The gamer needs to take control of one of the futuristic states, managing which is required to colonize the Earth again, develop technology, as well as terraform the surface to make it suitable for life again for a huge number of people. 

Gameplay
