The action takes place in a setting where vampires have lived on Earth for thousands of years and have not revealed the truth of their existence. The plot takes the player to the metropolis of Boston, which is secretly controlled by three powerful vampire clans. They all follow a special code, the main rule of which is not to do anything that can spill the truth about their existence to people. 

Relationships between the clans in recent years are becoming very tense and everything risks turning into a war. The gamer will control three heroes, Caleb, Leisha or Emem, who will have to determine the future fate of their families. The main choice is whether to start a war and risk exposing the secret vampire world or try to keep everything a secret by preventing bloodshed.
