Age of Wonders 4

Age of Wonders 4 is a turn-based strategy with tactical battles that takes the player to a magical kingdom, where he will lead his empire to greatness. You will need to collect magic books to unlock new abilities and powers.

Review

Together with your army you must enter the final battle for the existence of the world. You must create your own unique society by setting the appearance of your inhabitants, choosing your culture and magical abilities. The units can be half-prophets, elves, humans or any other race. Spells are allowed to strengthen or transform your subjects.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the strategy is worth noting:

1. You have to search for magic books that allow you to use combat spells and improve your subjects.
2. You can create your own people by choosing their appearance, culture, and magical skills. They can become anything from half-prophet ogres to mysterious elves.
3. Full support for custom mods.
4. The army consists of many units with unique abilities.
5. Maps include a huge selection of landscapes that directly affect gameplay.
6. Each new session is significantly different from the previous one. 
7. Battles are presented in a turn-based format that makes you think.
