GTA: Vice City - Definitive Edition

GTA: Vice City - Definitive Edition - re-release of the cult action-adventure game, released in the early 2000s, in which the developers worked on the graphics in detail and updated it to modern gamers' needs.

Review

In the re-release, the original story has not been remade and again tells the story of the famous bandit Tommy Versetti. The protagonist is released from prison after a long sentence of 16 years and intends to get back in business by rejoining the Sonny Forelli mafia. However, the boss of the criminal organization did not expect his ward to be released and is not thrilled with this turn of events. The boss decides to set up the main character by sending him on a drug deal. He plays it out in such a way that the deal breaks down, and a large shipment of illegal substances is allegedly stolen and Tommy loses a lot of money. Forelli then blames Versetti for the failure and demands that he return the dough. In time, the character learns of the deception and goes on the trail of revenge.  

Gameplay

In addition to the graphics the developers polished up the gameplay and interface and made it more convenient and stable. Otherwise GTA: Vice City - Definitive Edition is similar to the original and has the following features:

1. A detailed virtual world based on the real city of Miami, which looks alive and "works" regardless of the actions of the gamer.
2. A wide variety of cars and motorcycles that can be stolen right on the streets, from ambulances to cool sports cars.
3. Many interesting main and additional quests, which for the most part are tied to gunfights and chases.
4. You can buy real estate - housing is needed to keep the gameplay alive.
5. An impressive selection of firearms and edged weapons.
6. Absolute freedom of action outside of the main story missions.
