Warhammer 40.000: Battlesector

Warhammer 40.000: Battlesector is a turn-based strategy video game in the Warhammer40.000 universe, which tells the story of the confrontation between the Imperium and the Tyranid race. 

Review

Events take place in a distant fantasy future. The plot centers on the planet Baal, which has for many years been the site of bloody battles between the Imperium and a race of Tyranids, who destroy everything in their path like a swarm of locusts.

Humans in recent years are defeated and change the situation entrusted to an elite squad of space marines under the command of Sergeant Carleon. He will have to complete a series of dangerous missions and turn the tide of war by expelling the Tyranids from Baal. 

Gameplay

The main gameplay features of Warhammer 40.000: Battlesector strategy are:

1. All battles take place in turn-based format, giving the player time to think through his actions.
2. The squad includes unique fighters - each has its own class, specialization, weapons and perks, as well as tactics for the battle.
3. Each soldier is allowed to space commando pumping as in the RPG, increasing its characteristics and discovering new abilities and tactics. 
4. In addition to the units gamers can control and auxiliary armament, like turrets, which can be installed on the battlefield.
5. For the successful removal of enemies and completing tasks the player receives command points that can be spent on support, for example, a powerful artillery strike on the enemy.
