The expectations of millions of fans from around the globe regarding the final part of the trilogy "StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void" were fully justified. The long-awaited completion of the plot component, the multiplayer update (at the moment StarCraft 2 is the leader among esports RTS games around the world), the cooperative mode, and, most importantly, not only the support of the game, but also the creation of new content, already in the form of small campaigns telling the story of the world of StarCraft (an example is "Nova: Invisible War"). More than a million copies sold in just the first day after release, hundreds of positive reviews and reviews speak for themselves.

Single-user mode

The campaign “Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void” is a game for an alien race - Protoss, and includes the following parts: three prologue missions, nineteen campaign missions and three epilogue missions. A system of achievements, negotiations with colleagues on the newly acquired ark ship, a system of pumping units (similar to “StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm") and the ship's abilities.

Multiplayer mode

• new units and redesigned multiplayer, plus a new game mode "Archon", where not one, but two people can play for one side;
• the new game mode is cooperative, where each player chooses a commander with his own tactics and strategy of the game;
• the collection system, the main menu and much, much more have been redesigned.

Mechanics of SC2:LotV

From the point of view of graphics, the engine has remained the same, the same as in Heart of the Swarm. Yes, new locations and landscape elements have been added, but there is no significant progress. The sound pleased me, the composers did their best. There is a large number of references, various jokes of units, all in the best traditions of the RTS from Blizzard.

“Professionalism is attention to detail” – and even the presence of the option to play music from StarCraft 1 clearly shows how long the developers have been honing seemingly insignificant touches, turning
