DayZ Livonia is a new version of the popular multiplayer survival simulator, in which gamers discover a huge new map called Livonia.

Review

Livonia is a vast location that resembles the northern US states. Here most of the territory is occupied by impenetrable forests and provincial settlements. Livonia's environment is extremely sparse on edibles, which will force players to spend more time hunting and fishing. 

There is also a secret in the south of the map. It is hidden in a vast network of underground tunnels and complexes, which is worth penetrating only with a group of companions - you can not survive there alone for long. Also it is worth to get hold of flashlights, because the corridors of the dungeons are not illuminated. 

Gameplay

DayZ Livonia update brings no major changes to the gameplay survival simulator. It adds only new content and uses familiar mechanics and developments. 

The main features of DayZ Livonia gameplay are:

1. The lack of a storyline and any tasks, which allows you to not get hung up on anything, and enjoy the process of survival in a post-apocalyptic setting.
2. Enemies include not only zombies, wild animals, hunger and disease, but also other users who only rave about taking away all the loot.
3. There is a crafting system, which allows you to create useful items, food, medicine, weapons, equipment and the rest, which is extremely important for survival, if you have the right blueprints and resources.
4. You can join groups with other real users, which will increase the chances of survival.
5. A huge variety of modern firearms with realistic ballistic parameters.
