Arma 3 Contact is a huge story addition to Arma 3, which offers a new full-fledged campaign where humanity in an alternate not-too-distant future encounters aliens.

Review

Events unfold on the territory of the fictional state of Livonia. It is here that humanity first encountered aliens. Their spaceship hovered low above the earth and does not attempt to make contact - it is supposedly just observing. 

At the same time, there is unrest in the country, which escalates into a military conflict between Russian special forces and Livonian troops. As part of the walkthrough, the gamer must choose one of the two sides and go through the campaign, where the main task is to make contact with the aliens. 

Gameplay

Arma 3 Contact is one of the most modern action video games with realistic gameplay. Among its main features we should mention:

1. Modern photorealistic graphics.
2. Maximum close to reality damage physics and weapon ballistics - just one hit can lead to death if the bullet came to the head. 
3. Each barrel has unique ballistic qualities. 
4. The main assistant of the protagonist will be a combat and reconnaissance drone, which can be controlled in real time.
5. There are cinematic cutscenes through which the story is presented.

This addon also features new weaponry, as well as a unique protective suit that can keep the protagonist safe from chemical, radiation and biological threats.
