Fallout 4 Far Harbor

Fallout 4 Far Harbor is the biggest update ever released for the Fallout series, which is as extensive and elaborate as the original fourth installment.

Review

This time the protagonist goes to the north of the United States - to Maine, where a large island called Far Harbor is located near the coast. The hero takes an assignment from Detective Agent Valentine, which sets the goal - to find a young missing girl.

Arriving at the place, Survivor sees that Far Harbor has suffered from radiation even more than the rest of America, and therefore the environment here is even more dangerous. On the island, it's up to him to get involved in a war between local factions and find the missing girl. 

Gameplay

Fallout 4 Far Harbor update is so big, that you can take it as a separate video game. There is a whole full world, dozens of characters, factions, hundreds of items, enemies, perks and more.

The gameplay remains faithful to the familiar mechanics:

1. The world map is completely open, and therefore the player can freely move around it without restrictions.
2. You can upgrade your character, improving his skills.
3. There is a crafting system that allows you to create weapons, consumables and equipment.
4. Colorful system of aiming V.A.T.S., which allows you to shoot the extremities of the enemy in slow motion.
5. Allowed to take companions on your team, who will have your back.
6. Many quests are variable, so the ending can also vary greatly from passage to passage.
