Godhood is a fascinating real-time strategy game that revolves around the development of primitive civilizations, with the player in the role of a deity obliged to spread religions and beliefs.

Review

Unlike many similar strategy video games, here the gamer does not need to make the country and its inhabitants necessarily prosper. The main goal is for them to worship a certain religion and bring gifts to the deity. This will raise the level of religiosity and open up new functions for the god.

There are many faiths present and each one is unique. Choosing a faith seriously changes the final gameplay and the features that are available to the player. 

Gameplay

In Godhood, you can choose between religions such as:

1. Priest Warriors - requires constant warfare for the sake of the faith and killing other nations.
2. Ideas of Lust - followers of this current sincerely believe that in order to live a good life, you must enjoy everything.
3. Peace-lovers - spread the dogma that happiness can only be achieved when all races and peoples live in peace and do not antagonize each other.
4. Chastity - In order to attain spiritual knowledge it is necessary for believers to purify the soul and body and it is important not to let them commit sins.
