Blacksad: Under the Skin

Blacksad: Under the Skin is a detective adventure whose plot and setting is based on a series of popular comic books about the world of anthropomorphic animals that inhabit the Earth.

Review

Events take place in an alternate world where anthropomorphic animals live instead of humans. The action takes place in the middle of the 20th century in America. 

The protagonist is an experienced detective, John Blackshead, who is asked for help by a good acquaintance, Sonia Dunn. She informs him that her father was found dead a couple of days ago and his murder is somehow connected with the boxing club he owned before his death. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of Blacksad: Under the Skin is important to highlight:

1. The emphasis is on the passage of the storyline, due to which freedom of action is extremely limited and is realized only during dialogues.
2. In conversations with other characters, you can choose which line to choose - the answers affect the further development of the story and the ending.
3. You can explore locations to find interesting items, examine crime scenes, and look for characters to interact with. 
4. Memorable noir-style atmosphere.
5. Beautiful cartoon graphics.
6. Lots of QTE scenes in which you have to quickly press certain keys to take the right action.
