Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl - Oblivion Lost. Remake - a unique version of the legendary first part of Stalker, which implemented all the concepts that were not included in the release build. 

Innovations

In Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl - Oblivion Lost. Remake a bunch of gameplay and story chips that went under the knife and thus were not seen by gamers. 

Some of the major innovations include:

1. A full story that includes a bunch of extra quests, as well as 2 full storylines.
2. 18 cutscenes based on the 2003 script.
3. New types of mutants appeared, for example a dwarf.
4. A-Life technology, thanks to which the AI of mutants and stalkers was considerably improved and they are given more freedom of action.
5. The protagonist now has a notebook, which was originally designed by the studio.
6. The feature of improving all weapons was restored.

In addition numerous bugs were fixed in all locations, the vehicle physics became more realistic, the maps themselves became much darker, and the number of monsters and representatives of other factions grew, and they can now gather in packs and groups to act together. 

Gameplay

As for the gameplay and the story in general, the basic concept has been preserved. In Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl - Oblivion Lost. Remake, as before, users will explore the open world of the Zone, fighting with the locals and mutants, collect artifacts and pass atmospheric quests, trying to learn all the secrets of this scary place.
