Duke Nukem Forever

Duke Nukem Forever is the sequel to the famous shooter series about the adventures of Duke Nukem, a reckless man who decided to challenge an alien invasion.

This part has been in development for many years, which is why it has been assigned to the long-stories. Nevertheless, fans ended up liking it because of its tribute to classic action movies of the past and a large portion of humor, including black humor. 

Review

The plot in Duke Nukem Forever is fairly bland and simple and lacks any dramatic moments. Overall, it's a classic take on the series with its emphasis on humor. Literally every episode is saturated with black jokes.

It all begins with an alien invasion of Earth and Duke has to stand up to defend it. To win the war should destroy the key antagonist - the leader of the aliens, but to do so have to leave the planet and get on his home spaceship. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the sci-fi action movie Duke Nukem Forever is worth mentioning:

1. A large variety of firearms and much has an unlimited supply of ammunition.
2. Tough close combat - the protagonist can literally tear out enemies' eyes and even hit them like a soccer ball.
3. Many kinds of enemies and some of them are funny rather than scary.
4. Constant action - no long pauses to watch cutscenes and stuff - just firefights and nothing more.
