Excluding the mechanics of summoning gods, Zeus + Poseidon is a classic strategy game in which you can build a city, extract resources, develop trade and economy, and gather an army. 

Gameplay

The key mechanics in Zeus + Poseidon is the interaction with the gods of the Greek pantheon, each of which gives unique properties to the city. To summon a god, you'll need to initially build a fairly expensive temple and bring gifts.

So, to facilitate the passage, the protagonist can summon deities such as:

1. Zeus - able to protect the city from attack by any enemy deity, he himself can destroy the enemy to the ground, and his curse prevents the enemy from trading.
2. Poseidon - increases the size of the catch for an ally by 4 times, and if he sends a curse on the enemy, he stops all the buildings associated with the sea.
3. Hades - increases the efficiency of mines and mines, thereby increasing income, and his curse stops their operation.
4. Demeter - opens new fertile meadows and increases food production by 4 times, while his curse shuts down the process completely.
5. Artemis - gives under the control of two powerful Amazons squads, which have increased characteristics.
6. Apollo - allows to win all annual sports games and temporarily drives away any land creature from the city.
7. Ares - summons two squads of invincible warriors and also increases the rate of weapon production by 4 times.
