Gunman Chronicles

Gunman Chronicles is a sci-fi shooter that was originally planned as a reworking of the classic Quake action movie, but the developers soon abandoned this idea and created an independent universe.

Review

The action takes place in an alternate future. The protagonist, Major Archer, is the commander of one of the units of the Federation Armed Forces. He and his squad are tasked with going to a secret Federation military base with which communication has recently been lost. The mission commander is assigned a general, whom the protagonist believed to be his father.

Upon arriving at the base, the fighters encounter an unknown race of xenomes, who quickly kill most of the soldiers, including the general. The remainder were forced to evacuate. More than five years have passed since then. The Xenos spread their influence during this time and infect many planets with spores, turning those living there into monsters like themselves. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the sci-fi action movie GunmanChronicles should be noted:

1. Beautiful for its time graphics, which at the moment no one will be surprised, but old-school fans will definitely like it.
2. An impressive variety of firearms and futuristic weapons, many of which do not require reloading.
3. Very dangerous enemies in the form of an aggressive alien race of monsters that are difficult to kill - you must aim at the vulnerable places, otherwise the damage to them will be minimal.
4. Atmospheric locations in the spirit of the best sci-fi action movies.
5. For the most part, the action takes place on fictional planets in the farthest reaches of space.
