The Thing

The Thing will be a real gift for fans of the famous sci-fi horror film The Thing, directed by John Carpenter. This project continues the story shown in the film and will once again confront the player with an aggressive form of alien life.

Review

The action unfolds shortly after the end of the original film. After communication with the base has been lost, a detachment of military and scientists are sent to the North Pole to investigate the cause.

When they arrive at the station, they see that it has become a ruin. One of the detachments is sent to a nearby active station. Meanwhile, the Alpha squad, of which the protagonist is a member, discovers the tattered body of one of the employees. The "Beta" fighters then send a message over the radio asking for help. They indicate that they have encountered an unknown, aggressive life form. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the sci-fi action movie The Thing should be noted:

1. The gamer must intelligently coordinate the squad in order to maintain its combat effectiveness.
2. Each of the fighters can go crazy and to prevent this from happening you can not allow friendly fire, periodically give them a cool weapon and do adrenaline injections.
3. When soldiers go crazy they can attack their allies or are able to commit suicide.
4. Each of the characters can be infected with an alien virus and you can find out with a blood test.
5. Very dangerous alien opponents who are extremely difficult to kill.
