Boneworks is by no means a simple video game with virtual reality technology, as it uses an advanced physical model and complex combat mechanics.

Review

Boneworks does not boast the presence of a full-fledged storyline, as the developers have emphasized on creating the most realistic action game for virtual reality devices. From the appearance of the locations, it is clear that the events take place in an alternate future world, drawn in the cyberpunk style.

The goal of the player in each mission is simply to kill all the enemies in the locations and gradually approach the finish point, after which the next chapter opens. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the futuristic action game Boneworks should be noted:

1. The ability to interact with almost every object in the virtual world, for example, to lift a mug you need only one hand, but to move a large box you need to engage two at once.
2. Realistic physics of the behavior of objects in the virtual world.
3. Complex but natural combat mechanics, which combines the use of hand-to-hand combat skills and firearms.
4. As the narrative progresses, the complexity of combat and puzzles multiplies, and new gadgets are added, like magnetic gloves that can be used to cling to metal surfaces.
