Version changes

A new version of Sandbox 1.4.4.5 has just been released with the following changes:

1. Guidelines for communicating with animals, peaceful existence, and preserving nature and the natural environment have been added.
2. Torches can now become special Ethereal Torches after being dropped into Flicker.
3. You can no longer get lizard bricks by decrafting in the Flicker until the Golem is defeated.
4. You also can't get bones by decrafting in Märzania until you defeat Skeletron.

Several dozens of bugs and errors have also been fixed, as well as numerous balance tweaks.
