Dead Cells: Rise of the Giant is the official addon to the acclaimed action-platformer DeadCells, which adds a bunch of original quests and locations, as well as a lot of interesting enemies.

Like its predecessors, Dead Cells: Rise of the Giant does not burden fans with a story or complex puzzles. The game focuses the player's attention on colorful battles with dangerous enemies and even more deadly bosses, many of which greatly outnumber the protagonist in size and strength.

This time the fantasy setting looks even darker - in almost every location you can see huge skeletons and fossilized monsters. The story campaign consists of about 10 missions with gradually increasing difficulty level. 

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the fantasy action thriller Dead Cells: Rise of the Giant should be noted:

1. The arsenal of weapons mainly consists of a variety of cold weapons - axes, spears, swords and many of them are enchanted, and therefore their attacks have unique visual effects and modifiers.
2. Combat system looks spectacular as it is seasoned with a lot of special effects.
3. In addition to the usual punches and combos, there is an opportunity to cast magic spells.
4. Protagonist has a unique ability to temporarily transform into his rivals and adopt their skills, but this can not be done with the bosses, otherwise it looks imbalanced. 
5. There is a split-screen game function for two users on the same computer.
