The protagonist, who is actually a villain and deserves everything that happens to him, not long ago killed his own spouse and now feels a terrible sense of guilt. After some time, he begins to see the ghost of his wife, and it turns out not to be psychosis and hallucination - she is quite real and returned to this world with one sole purpose - to avenge her murder.

The main character must find a way to exorcise the angry spirit and save his own skin. It will not be easy to do, because the enemy has supernatural abilities, and he is invulnerable to any kind of human weapon.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the psychological thriller Infliction are required:

1. The protagonist does not have any weapons with him - he simply does not need them, because nothing can kill or even damage the ghost.
2. The gamer must avoid meeting with the antagonist as much as possible, because if she gets too close, she certainly won't let her down and will definitely kill the man.
3. There are two levels of difficulty - normal and hardcore, and they differ by the fact that in the first one the gamer can ask for a hint via phone, and in the second one there are absolutely no hints.
4. After the death of the character, he recovers at the last control point, but the revival always changes the location of the enemy and all the scrimmers, which makes it impossible to prepare in advance for the meeting with the spirit.
