Before the start of the campaign, the game offers the gamer to customize the appearance of his character, as well as choose his class, race, gender and a number of other space parameters. After that, he is immediately thrown into the cycle of events.

The hero is resting in a small village in the middle of the kingdom of Kassadris. In the middle of the night, a dragon attacks the settlement, which turns many houses into dust and kills all the locals, except for the protagonist. After awakening, the survivor intends to destroy the dragon at all costs and prevent him from continuing to destroy the country.

Game process

Among the main gameplay features of the fantasy roguelike Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, it should be noted:

1. You can play the game not only in a single-player format, but also call on other real users to help, but only for a certain time.
2. After a joint adventure, players can rate each other, thanking for the successful completion of the mission, or vice versa by giving negative feedback.
3. The gameplay for each class is very different - the mage prefers to stay at a distance and attack with spells, while the warrior, in turn, relies on his heavy armor and weapons, and therefore fights close.
4. It is possible to hire AI-controlled companions to your team - only one of them is permanent, and the rest will have to pay for the service.
5. A classic character leveling system has been implemented for the genre, which allows you to improve performance and unlock new passive and active perks.
