According to the plot, the alien attack and then the confrontation with the forces of Hell is nothing more than a series of entertainment shows for fans of the Saint gang. In fact, everything is in order with the Earth - no one attacked and life goes on as usual.

In the fifth part, the gang of Saints has changed a lot due to the death of one of the leaders - Johnny Gat. Now it is a soulless and very cruel group. The protagonist has been an exile for a long time, but now he has returned and decided to win back his right to be the leader of the gang, while overthrowing the current tyrant rulers. He will have to form resistance and capture area after area, building up strength.
