The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR is a special version of the open–world role-playing video game of the same name, which was created specifically for virtual reality devices, including VR glasses.

Review

This version has undergone many changes compared to the original. A gamer can no longer freely walk around the virtual world – he can only teleport to key points where he can complete a task, solve a puzzle, pick up items or join a battle.

The combat mechanics have also been simplified and redesigned to suit the specifics of VR. The variety of weapons has been reduced – for the most part, the gamer can now use a sword and combat magic, such as throwing a fireball and a lightning charge.

The storyline remains unchanged – the gamer is a prisoner of the Empire, who escapes with the participation of a dragon and gets the opportunity to choose a side in a bloody war. The number of quests remained impressive, although there were a few fewer additional missions. The size of the virtual world is also reduced due to the lack of the opportunity to explore it freely.
