Remnant: From the Ashes

Remnant: From the Ashes is a video game in the genre of action adventure with a third–person view, which takes place in an alternative post-apocalyptic reality on the territory of planet Earth and beyond.

Review

According to the plot, 80 years before the events described in the adventure, the earthlings encountered monsters, which were nicknamed the Root. They poured into people in a huge horde and in a short time almost completely destroyed human civilization.

The nameless protagonist must explore Earth and other fantasy worlds in order to find the causes of the post-apocalypse and find a way to stop the invasion by severing the connection between his home planet and the Root dimension. Over time, the gamer manages to find out that people who conducted experiments in the field of travel between parallel realities are to blame for what happened.

Gameplay

The main gameplay features of the futuristic action movie Remnant: From the Ashes are important to note:

1. A complex combat system with dangerous opponents and monstrously strong bosses – the protagonist dies with just a couple of blows, and therefore has to constantly move and dodge deadly attacks.
2. The hero's arsenal is represented by cold and firearms.
3. Against each unique opponent, you will need to select individual tactics.
4. In the course of the narrative, there is a function to improve the characteristics and abilities of the protagonist, as well as the search for the best equipment, weapons and its pumping.
5. The game does not directly say how to act – he himself must think of quests and storylines.
