Syberia: The World Before is a video game in the genre of adventure quest, which continues to tell the already iconic story of a New York lawyer named Kate Walker.

Plot

This part continues the storyline that appeared in the previous games of the line, but now the narration is conducted on behalf of two key characters at once.

The first storyline takes place in 2003. Her heroine traditionally becomes Kate Walker, who, after previous not entirely successful adventures, finds herself in an incredibly difficult position. She literally becomes a slave in the far east of Russia and is now forced to work in monstrous conditions at a salt mine.

The second story takes place in the late 1930s, and the main character is a young pianist Dana Rose. She lives in a fictional country on the territory of Western Europe and very soon has to face the realities of the Second World War.
