The game, according to the classics of the series, is dedicated to the Second World War. It covers the time period from 1942 to 1945. The "highlight" of the plot is that the narration is conducted from the two main characters of the story at once. The gamer will have the opportunity to look at the course of military operations from both Nazi Germany and the Red Army. Whose view of this historical event is closer is up to you.

Regardless of the choice, the user will have to travel through the events that actually took place and take an active part in them. For a soldier named Dmitry Petrenko, they will begin in the USSR, and end with the main assault on the territory of the Reichstag. The other option, respectively, is the opposite. Both story campaigns consist of exciting missions in which the heroes will fight, perform tactical moves and make dramatic decisions.

Additional game modes will be a nice bonus. In one of them, the user will get a unique opportunity to fight bloodthirsty zombies in wartime conditions. Tempting, isn't it? Of course, it is impossible not to mention the full-fledged multiplayer, on the servers of which to this day you can meet real gamers.

Can you imagine how the childhood game would have improved with updated graphics and impressive effects of the modern format? Of course, Call of Duty: World at War would turn into a real "cannon". Unfortunately, at this point in time, the developers have not given fans this opportunity.
