Plot

CJ - a black guy from the black neighborhood of San Andreas falls under the gun of corrupt police officers who force him to cooperate. If the hero does not fulfill the demands of the cops, then I will make a false accusation against him, and he will go to jail.

The hero's task is to destroy a large gang that has seized power in his native area. Seeing no other way out, CJ decides to cooperate, but at the same time begins to create his own group and gradually builds up his authority in the city and in its criminal world, then to challenge all his abusers.
