Gameplay Features

Zombie Panic! Source is one of the most popular numerous modifications to the game Half-Life 2. The mod radically changes the setting and gameplay, turning it into a multiplayer shooter, where the most important thing is survival. Real players can split into two teams – the first is represented by survivors, and the second is infected with the zombie virus.

The game has three modes:

1. Survival – the round lasts 15 minutes, and the survivors win if at least one of them lasts this time. Unlike the survivors, zombies are able to respawn a certain number of times. The team that destroys all opponents also wins.
2. Task – a specific task has been set for the survivors, which must be allocated for a certain time. Zombies, in turn, are reborn after death endlessly, and therefore it is impossible to stop them.
3. Hardcore survivors need to hold out for 5-15 minutes (depending on the timing at the beginning). The key feature of the mode is the fact that zombies are extremely strong here – they easily infect survivors, and also receive less dama
