Sims of the Middle Ages is a computer video game in the genre of a life simulator with RPG elements, which will allow you to become a real monarch of your own kingdom. The developers did not focus on freedom of action and not on the simulation of life – the emphasis shifted to the RPG component and the performance of various heroic quests. It was this change of interests that did not allow the game to achieve the same popularity as the original series.

Plot

Unlike the previous parts, Sims of the Middle Ages has a chain of tasks and quests. The main character is a young monarch who needs to strengthen his dynasty and lead the kingdom to prosperity. If in the original series the gameplay was endless, then you can win here if you reach the maximum level of development of the kingdom.

Sims of the Middle Ages is significantly different from the rest of the video games in the line, and that's why it attracts attention. Among the key gameplay features of the medieval life simulator, it is necessary to highlight:

• the number of needs is significantly lower than in other parts;

• the gameplay has become much more dangerous – now there is a deadly danger lurking at every corner, like an attack by bandits or wild animals, enemies can also poison the monarch with poison, diseases like the plague are now developing in the castle, and inept management leads to
