Plot

Jackie becomes one of the most powerful beings in the universe. Even in the last part, he becomes a vessel for Darkness (an ancient entity that has incredible power). However, the main character becomes not just a vessel, but by showing his will, he partially subdued the Darkness, and therefore is able to control his life.

And yet the adventures of the main character after the finale of the previous part do not end – an ancient society that has worshipped Darkness for centuries and always wanted to get it in order to gain control over the whole world comes to him. Now, having learned that the Darkness is inside Jackie, the secret society announces a hunt for the main character.

Gameplay

The Darkness II largely repeats the gameplay of the previous part, however, with several improvements that made it more user-friendly and responsive.

Among the key features of the gameplay , it is necessary to highlight:

• now the main character can simultaneously use firearms and abilities that Darkness gives him in battle;
• interactive objects have been added to the locations, which can be captured with the help of the heads of Darkness and, for example, thrown at opponents;
• the main character is extremely negatively affected by natural and artificial light – it completely suppresses the abilities of Darkness and blocks its power;
• the character will be helped by a small demon, who with his antics significantly increases the chances of winning the battle;
• there is an opportunity to play as a demon – in this case, the game turns from a shoo
