Sims 3 Adventure World (2009) PC

Sims 3 Adventure World is a big official addition to the Sims 3 computer video game, which opens up new unique opportunities for players, namely, traveling abroad.

Interestingly, the addition does not show how sims relax at resorts or on the beach – the developers took a slightly different path and allowed them to explore the area, explore the catacombs, search for ancient treasures and artifacts, as well as learn local traditions.

A well-known American studio called Maxis worked on the creation of the supplement.

Gameplay Features

Gamers and critics highly appreciated the addition for its original, large volume and, most importantly, for the transition from simulator to life to quest and adventure.

Among the main innovations it is necessary to highlight the following:

• the opportunity to travel to three countries: Egypt, China and France (each of which is represented by one city with numerous historical attractions);
• in every city there are catacombs in which you can find numerous relics – some of them are of no value, and the rest are extremely expensive and give the sim new opportunities (for example, a sarcophagus will help turn into a mummy);
• in each of the towns you can learn a new occupation (in France – to make wine, in China – to learn martial arts, in Egypt – to become a snake charmer);
• in each of the countries, you can buy a house if the visa level is maximum;
• added a new supernatural being – a mummy;
• the ability to store found artifacts and create a home
