Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is a console video game in the genre of an action adventure with a third–person view, the events of which tell the story of the head of one of the Yakuza clans – Kazuma Kiryu. After getting out of prison, the character goes in search of his missing daughter.

Many call the Yakuza series another GTA clone, which is a rather dubious comparison. There is also a completely open city here, but it is impossible to steal cars, as well as to arrange lawlessness – the emphasis is on the passage of a rather interesting dramatic storyline.

Plot

Kazuma Kiryu is the leader of one of the most powerful Yakuza criminal gangs in Japan. After the events of the previous part, the main character is forced to spend three years of his life in prison.

After being released, the protagonist learns that his gang's affairs are going wrong and, most importantly, his own daughter disappears without a trace, and the protagonist begins a search that will force him to fight against the triads, the Korean mafia and even against his former allies.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is one of the few parts of the famous series that has gone beyond the Japanese market. The game can be a real find for fans of the same GTA – especially if you want to plunge headlong into a well-written storyline.
