Gameplay Features

Dawn of Man can safely be called Civilization only by RTS. As in the case of Civilization, we need to go through several millennia of human history, leading our tribe to prosperity and glory. You start as the leader of a small settlement of primitive people who will have to fight with harsh nature and other captives, turning this very settlement into a thriving Iron Age city. Among the key features of the strategy gameplay, it is worth highlighting:

• the presence of a wide variety of wild animals that need to be hunted for survival – meat will give people food, and skins and bones are no less important resources – clothes and tools;
• in addition to animals, the world is full of other resources, for example, water, berries, stone, ore, wood, and so on – they are also important for survival, as well as the construction of buildings;
• the presence of seasons that affect the gameplay, for example, in summer there is more food and people do not suffer from hunger, whereas in winter there is almost no food and you have to make supplies to last until the next warming;
• the ability to make discoveries, such as the skill of farming and processing stone or iron – all this is important for the development of the settlement;
• the primitive era is very cruel – neighboring tribes can attack you at any moment, and therefore do not forget to build shelters
