Plot

More than twenty years ago, the Earth suffered a nuclear war that destroyed almost the entire population of the planet. Several thousand lucky people survived and were able to take refuge in the Moscow metro system. Here they have been living for many years, fighting against radiation diseases and numerous mutants.

After a series of events that occurred in the previous parts, people can no longer hide in the subway – together with Artyom, they are obliged to get to the surface and find a safe place that can become their home. Artyom and many other heroes will have to overcome a lot of difficulties, see what happened to the surface and come to the end of this unique fantastic story.

Gameplay
