The Bunker (2016) PC
The Bunker is an adventure video game created entirely based on Full Motion Video technology, which was popular back in the late 90s.
The game was developed by the UK studio Wales Interactive in collaboration with Splendy Interactive.
Description
The events unfold 30 years after a huge nuclear explosion almost destroyed the UK. We take on the role of the main character – the last survivor in the bomb shelter, who for many years witnessed the death of people close to him. To escape, he decides to get out of the shelter to the surface. However, to do this, he must find answers to many questions that bother him, and uncover the secret that the bunker conceals.
Gameplay
As for the mechanics, The Bunker does not bring significant innovations to the adventure genre. The protagonist explores bunker rooms filled with a lot of old hardware, such as already forgotten Commodore computers. In addition, the player is looking for clues that can allow the main character to escape to the surface. During the adventure, we encounter numerous memories of the former inhabitants of the bunker, as well as arcade sequences that require quick decisions to avoid various threats and possible death.
