Sabotage: Fist of Empire is a forgotten domestic action video game with RPG elements about the times of confrontation between the two sides. Only one person plays an important role in the outcome of events.

Plot

In the future, the Empire opposes the Confederation, whose citizens have created their own state with their own laws. And they are not going to obey the emperor. The main character – an imperial spy – is sent to the capital of free people with a task on which the future of the galaxy depends. Depending on the chosen side and the result of the main story quests, gamers expect three endings.

There is no non-linearity, as such, and there are very few additional tasks, so most of the time you will have to follow the storyline. If you have played several games with a fantastic plot or are familiar with similar works, the story will seem too predictable and banal.

Game world

The capital is divided into districts, between which you can move freely from the very beginning of the game. As in GTA, you can buy a car here to speed up movement over a large area. Alas, it is impossible to steal cars.

For completing tasks and killing, experience is awarded, which is exchanged for improving skills (communication and combat). Dialogues are represented by a couple of replicas. With the other features of Sabotage, it is worth noting:

• 25 types of small arms;
• the possibility of implantation of implants;
• tattoos that give advantages in a given situation;
• a primitive slo-mo time dilation system.

The game world is made to glory. There are no shaders in the game, but the streets and buildings are drawn conscientiously. The architecture is created in a futuristic style, the buildings are hung with neon signs and rainbow inscriptions.
