Description

You follow a girl named Madeline as she tries to climb Mount Celeste. During her mountain trip, she encounters several other characters, including Theo, a photographer from Seattle who came to the mountain to take beautiful photos. As it turns out later, Madeline suffers from depression and panic attacks. And when she climbs the mountain, the girl is forced to face and overcome her inner demons in addition to the challenges that the mountain provides.

Gameplay

Celeste is a platform in which players control a girl as she climbs a mountain while avoiding various deadly obstacles. Along with jumping and climbing walls for a limited time, Madeline has the ability to perform aerial jumps in any direction.

In each level, the player will encounter additional tricks such as springs that launch the player upwards or deadly objects such as spikes that will return Madeline to the beginning of the section if she dies.
