Elite Dangerous: Horizons (2015) PC

Elite Dangerous: Horizons is a multiplayer space simulator and the ideological heir of the original "ilitka" with the ZX Spectrum. The game has a huge selection of ships, a lot of interesting space missions, an indescribable atmosphere of research and many other fascinating elements.

The heir is not only in words, but also in deeds

Unlike most existing space simulators, Elite Dangerous provides truly unlimited freedom of action. Space exploration, hunting for inveterate criminals, performing various tasks, attacking peaceful ships, trading stations with NPCs or other players — all this and much more is available to pilots in Elite Dangerous.

There is no division of ships into classes in the game, the pilot will have to add his ship with new details that give access to certain technologies or weapons. Therefore, no one will be harmed, because you can always put other details and radically change your own ship and style of battles.

It is worth approaching the choice of parts with maximum responsibility, because modules that do not complement each other at all will only make the ship bulky, without improving anything. Beginners often assemble an unbalanced vessel, which makes them easy prey for space pirates or even for NPCs.

They are united by more than one multiplayer, so there is a single mode in the game, not much different from a multiplayer game. Of course, you won't meet other people in single player mode, but otherwise nothing will change.

New horizons

In the original Elite Dangerous, there was no opportunity to land on planets in order to explore them. When trying to fly up to the planet, the player was teleported back into space. The Horizons add-on will unlock previously missing features and allow pilots to explore planets on their own two feet.

On the planets, you can find valuable resources, complete a task, or even find a unique improvement for the ship. Although no one forces you to leave the ship and make land landings, because you can do without them.
