SWAT 4 - Gold Collection (2005) PC

A great action game about the employees of a Special tactical unit involved in the release of hostages and the arrest of dangerous criminals. Fans of thoughtless shootings that leave behind mountains of corpses have nothing to do here. The game is about real commandos who have to cope with the work without noise and dust and report for every fatal accident on a mission.

The Stechkin Syndicate supplement has been added to the edition, the game has been updated to version 1.1.

Plot

The storyline, as such, is absent in the game. There are five fighters of a Special unit, about whom only the basic facts of the biography are known. The gamer plays for the Commander – an experienced sergeant with fifteen years of service in the police.

Each task represents a separate day of the division's work. The team learns information about the current situation, receives the names of suspects and hostages and gets acquainted with the objectives of the upcoming operation. The special forces will have to participate in the capture of a serial killer, neutralize club visitors who staged a shooting, arrest bank robbers and crazy sectarians.

Gameplay Features

1. The commander gives orders to subordinates, and also personally participates in operations. His duties include reporting on the dead and wounded, collecting criminals' weapons, that is, evidence.
2. For murder, as well as serious injuries of hostages and suspects, points are removed. You can shoot to kill when the criminal is armed and aiming at a police officer.
3. First of all, the special forces soldiers must convince the criminal to surrender with the help of words or use non-lethal weapons: gas canisters, pepper gas balls, an electric taser.
4. The police have a set of special equipment: lock picks, stun grenades, optical cameras, door plugs.
5. The main rule of capture is to put handcuffs on absolutely everyone who is in the building. Because a nice girl may turn out to be a criminal, a hostage may get scared and run under bullets, and a bandit is able to get a
