The Mummy Demastered (2017) PC

The Mummy Demastered is a 16-bit 2D action-adventure game. Adapted from the movie "The Mummy", but don't worry, you didn't have to watch the movie to enjoy this adventure.

Plot

In TheMummyDemastered, you will play as an agent of Prodigium, an elite soldier who works in the organization of Dr. Jekyll's monster hunters.
The game begins with your agent investigating the riots in Iraq that killed a detachment of his tribesmen. Having studied the monstrous cave, our hero soon meets the titular female mummy Ahmanet.
She looks like a demon at this point, but she will be taking her female form out of the movie as the game progresses.
The only story you will encounter is the dialog box provided by Dr. Jekyll when reaching new areas with another milestone.

Gameplay

This is a 2D platformer focused on research. You are exploring a world infested with monsters. Your agent starts with one gun and with unlimited ammo.
It can aim in any direction or hold one of the triggers to lock itself in place for accurate aiming.
The hero is also equipped with maneuvers to dodge and move under low ceilings.
