Bounty Train: Trainium Edition is an unusual strategy and economic game with simulator elements. You play the role of a railroad owner who buys cars, hires workers, transports goods and repels the attacks of hooligans.
All this is happening in the United States in 1860-1868.
The game was developed by a small Canadian studio Corbie Games.

Plot

The action takes place in the USA in 1860-1868, where we play the role of an aspiring railroad magnate. At the beginning of the game, we buy a steam locomotive and several wagons, which we choose from different available models that differ in properties and, of course, in price.
After assembling the machine into a single unit, we move on to the second stage, hire employees. In addition to the driver driving the locomotive, you also need to hire shooters who will protect us from the attacks of thugs. During the adventure, we find ourselves in other American cities, where we take new orders, which are reduced to the transportation of goods.  In addition, we buy equipment, including coal, necessary for driving a locomotive, we hire employees, change the locomotive and wagons to the best models.
Against the background of all the above actions, we participate in a non-linear story about the search for a missing family and an attempt to save the indigenous people from resettlement.

Gameplay

It's quite an intriguing world when people try to involve you in quick schemes and various conflicts or tell you their life story before joining you.
Dialogue also allows you to get a huge number of branches in terms of paths, with several methods of completing the main quests and even with some side tasks depending on how you react to certain characters. In fact, a lot goes into the dialogue.
