Hand of Fate (2015) PC

Hand of Fate is a role–playing video game developed and released by Defiant Development for Linux, Microsoft Windows in February 2015.

Gameplay

The player plays the role of an unnamed hero who meets a strange dealer who calls himself Anthony Scordi. He tells about the player's past adventures, knows about the world map, rewards, penalties, knowledge and gives other hints. He also acts as the main antagonist in the game.

At the very beginning, you are given a starting deck of cards, consisting of equipment, hero classes and cards with warriors. New chips can be obtained only by moving further along the plot, they must be used to customize your deck. In addition, the dealer has a personal deck from which amazing cards are drawn. There are also challenging warriors and monsters that can be improved. In story mode, the user must defeat thirteen bosses:

1. Twelve court cards.
2. The Dealer himself.

These bosses can only be defeated in a certain order: from the weakest to the strongest. But you can go back to previous enemies to challenge again and unlock new rewards.

After a certain number of strong monsters are defeated, the player will open the "Endless Mode", in which there are countless levels. The more enemies you have defeated in this Act, the more difficult each subsequent lvl is. To progress in story mode, you must complete a "dungeon" by exploring two or more "floors" created by a table of randomized cards face down.

In addition to random encounters, each level includes an exit encounter that will allow the player to reach the next level. The gamer starts with a limited amount of health, food and initial equipment. To move through each floor of the dungeon, move the marker across the table one map at
