Medal of Honor: Airborne is another shooter about the world War in the middle of the XX century. This time, the developers decided to exalt the American paratrooper from the 82nd division, which not only failed tasks, but also distinguished itself with success.

Mosaic

The game offers to visit six different parts of the world and take a direct part in the famous battles of the Second World War. The events from mission to mission are not connected in any way. The protagonist always disembarks from the plane, and chooses the landing place himself. He will visit:

• in Sicily;
• a couple of times in the rear of the fascists;
• in captured Italy;
• in Normandy, that is, France.

Freedom

While the fighter is landing, he has a beautiful view – detailed objects are visible to the horizon. From the moment of the plane attack to the chipping of the parachute, the gamer actually does nothing, the brave paratrooper will cope with everything himself. Fortunately, we choose the landing site ourselves: an enemy tower, the roof of a building or a quiet corner from where you can start shooting Germans.

Mechanics

Further – more interesting. Artificial intelligence will not let you relax because of the extremely small number of scripts. The enemy behaves very unpredictably in seemingly standard situations, often differs with well-aimed shots from huge distances, while stitching wooden shelters and even bricks.

NPCs can take a defensive or attacking position, or heroically rush into the muzzle of an enemy machine gun. Allies sometimes completely screen the wishes of the gamer, using a scripted line of behavior.

The number of enemies exceeds reasonable limits: count every second you have to put a bullet in someone's head. By the way, sometimes a shot in the leg kills an opponent, and a couple of headshots won't make him give up.
